We love developing and sharing easy to make, delicious, affordable recipes based on local ingredients, foods in season and often catering for those with food intolerances or special diets (many are mouth watering vegan, dairy free, gluten free, sugar-free or egg free).
The Wild Kitchen Cookbook will be updated over time to add more delicious dishes… it is a wild living cookbook after all. Coming soon: A mead-making video, a fermenting course, other videos in the kitchen to show how to make some of our favourite recipes.
