Nature Medicine Day

10:30 - 1. Forage walk around the Farm with Zwena McCullough  to gather berries and see what Nature provides at this time of year. 1-2 pm Light lunch of soup and bread   2-5 pm Nature Resonance and Plant identification with Nikki Darrell and Alex Duffy. We start with some simple relaxation and tuning into the senses to bring us back to ourselves to help us be more aware of the plants and environment around us. We will then spend about 60-90 minutes walking in the the woods and grounds of the Farm noticing the plants and places and sensing into them
